Have you always wanted to expand your skills in accent modification but weren’t sure where to start? The Dalhousie Accent Clinic has the ideal opportunity for you!
We are currently looking for a part-time speech-language pathologist to be mentored into the position as staff speech-language pathologist. You would conduct assessments, write assessment reports, develop training plans and conduct accent training sessions with adult clients who self-refer to the DAC.
Qualifications — SAC certification
Experience with the following would be considered assets:
- background working with ESL/ELL clients
- speech and motor training
- counselling and education with adult clients
- learning another language
Hours — flexible work hours starting at a few hours a week with a strong potential for growth
Training — you will mentor into the position alongside the current S-LP
Location — the DAC office is located in the School of Human Communication Disorders, 2nd floor of the Tupper Medical Building at Dalhousie University

A busy Otolaryngology (ears nose and throat) Practice is presently looking for a full time audiologist or hearing instrument practitioner. The job would entail performing audiograms for 4 ENT Surgeons working in a modern medical clinic in Dartmouth.
This job does not require any selling of hearing aids, only performing audiograms. The hours would be Monday to Friday 8 – 4 and salary would be commensurate with experience.
